What gluten?
We have had it tested, and we can honestly say that our first release tastes great. There is no detection of Gluten: Nil Detection.
I submitted Deacons Tasmanian Malt Vinegar to Symbio Laboratories for allergy testing.
Briefly, the ELISA test for gluten analysis delivered a result of "Gluten Not Detected".

Sharp, yet slightly sweet, fruity, malty and tangy with a full rich flavour and classic Whisky Pinot cask oak tannins.
