Our vinegar is naturally fermented in small batches, following the traditional methods first used in the 1800s.
Made in Tasmania with the finest Tasmanian Malted Barley, then matured in wooden barrels for 6 to 12 months, resulting in a mellow, slightly sweet profile with rich, malty, and tangy flavour. Bottled straight from the barrel - alive with good natural bacteria.
It is perfect for vinaigrettes, marinades, chutneys, pickling, fish and chips, or experimenting.
