Ready in 5min — Well, 8 weeks!

Just peel a few onions, pour over some Easy Spice, and voilà! The hardest part? Playing the patience game for 8 whole weeks. But trust me, it’s worth the wait!


This is a second round of onions from the same Easy Spice bottle —think of it as a tasty onion sequel! I’ll end up with three batches in total.


The jar is packed with a spicy blend of herbs and vinegar mother (that’s the live bacteria called Acetobacter—think of it as tiny, beneficial fermentation superheroes). It’s alive and kicking!


Now, I won’t tell you how to enjoy these little gems, but I do recommend snacking straight from the jar or pairing them with cheese and crackers for an easy, flavourful snack.
