Tangy and Crunchy Easy Spice Pickled Onions

A lazy Sunday afternoon
It doesn’t take much time-just peel a few onions and pour over Easy Spice. The hardest part? Waiting 8 weeks!
Look closely at the jar, it is full of spices and vinegar mother (Acetobacter is a good live bacteria).
I don't need to tell you how to eat them, but I go for cheese and crackers or straight out of the jar.
Pickled onions are a great substitute for raw onions, used as toppings or additions to other dishes. They can be enjoyed in salads, on sandwiches, or as a zesty side dish. Plus, the fermentation process can increase the bioavailability of certain nutrients, making them even more beneficial.
